  • I was a long time Debian user (4/5 years). It was my full time daily driver and rock solid. I had to move to Endeavour OS after upgrading hardware.

  • Debian supremacy :)

    Let's take a minute to also say fuck you SystemD >:)

    I still haven't digested that dispute that ended with the resignation of half of the Debian maintainers.

    $ cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/no_systemd
    Package: systemd
    Pin: release *
    Pin-Priority: -1

    I have two impasses with Devuan:

    1. those communists are Italians
    2. those Italians are communists

    Point #1 is, agreeably, just a personal matter, as I hardly digest Italians and I know this is just me, but for #2 everyone interested in Devuan should have recognized their marxism by reading their mailing list.

    APT pinning in Debian eradicates SystemShit regardless, so there is no need to use Devuan and trust the security practices of their forked package repositories.

    I'm wondering if the chameleon was Debra's pet 30 years ago.

    A chameleon, what a terrible thing to do to yourself.

  • Debian is the best! Congrats!
