    On VPS and dedicated servers no full refund will be honored -- the 24 hour money back guarantee does not apply. We will only refund as long the server is not delivered. Otherwise, We reserve the right to refund a prorated amount or no refund at all.

    It seems that as long as the server is sent, they won't give a refund?

    I think i processed all tickets with refunds i saw as well.

    But who doesnt know it? You can just browse LET with your phone just to read threads. Or if you are at toilet and take a shit when there is nothing interesting on newspaper websites ;)

    We are all humans and working. But not 24x7 non-stop robots.

  • Hostslick's service has been less than satisfactory, based on my experience last month when I purchased a VPS.

    Firstly, I was informed last week by the admin about a planned network disruption due to a router firmware upgrade. This interruption was scheduled to last around two hours, between 6AM and 8AM CEST on Monday, 14.08.2023. They promised an email once the upgrade was completed, but I only received this notice a day later on 15.08.2023.

    Secondly, on 17.08.2023, I experienced an unexpected network downtime on my VPS that lasted for over an hour. I immediately raised a ticket, and although the network self-recovered an hour post submission, the response to my ticket came much later. The reply only mentioned the server was now functioning normally. This delay in communication and the nature of their reply was quite disappointing.

    Given these experiences, I would caution anyone against relying on this VPS for their primary business operations.

    Is this The Ticket ID? Only Ticket i can find with downtime 17.08.2023

    Because it was never down we told you.
    On that day there was No downtime. Not The related VPS node. Nor Network.

    Ticket reply came 2 days later yes. Because we have Monitored Ping uptime but there was nothing.
