It will be used for hosting a website. KVM would be ideal, need to be able to use Docker/containers. Here are the specs I am looking for:
Cores: 4c
RAM: 8GB
Disk Space: 50GB SSD + 1TB SSD or HDD
Bandwidth: 1TB+, ideally expandable
Port Speed: 1Gbps ideally
Location: No preference, but would probably depend on DMCA policies in that country.
Budget: 20-25 USD/month total. Less is obviously better. I would prefer to pay monthly.
I would need a DMCA-Free/Ignored policy, or one that is lax or allows me to take down the content with sufficient time without being terminated/suspended.
As for the server, I would like to have a good amount of processing power, but I am fine with splitting the resources into two servers if that makes more sense (Ex. 1 with 4 cores + 8 GB + small SSD and 1 with less processing power but a larger storage space), or a VPS with block storage would also work. I am also open to dedicated server offers, just depends on the pricepoint. I would be willing to stretch it out a bit higher (if 20-25 USD is definitely too low). Thanks in advance.

Yeah I actually had a server with him but it ended up being too slow for my needs in terms of disk speed. I checked out his new offers and they look pretty good, but it doesn't look like there's much available.
Check BuyVM in Luxembourg. Your lucky if it has stock. I heard its DMCA ignore. It has a great hardware/uptime. But first verify it with their sales about the DMCA ignore part prevention is better than cure
