Renting a simple VPS is not costing that much. Think about 4~8 Euro/Usd and there are many different locations available. So why not renting a VPS, and installing - example - Pritunl Free Edition. There are many different clients available for mobile, computer etc.
I am using a few of this services and it is working awesome. And I am sure my Internet traffic is not stored in places I do not know and it is completely customizable.

If u want use for your self u can buy maximum 4 dollar server from nearest country depends to your country or loc . And run reality in x-ui panel with out any troubles . Choose ubuntu 22 as a op and mhsanaie panel for best managing of users even u will sell . You can search just mhsanaie GitHub and u have a gui panel with every thing that u wish it just click in the menu and save with out running command in Ubuntu except update change dns get a ssl that panel menu do it for u as u wish from letsencrypt or cloudflare. Be cool little sisters. If wanna have a masterpiece datacenter acount just choose hetzner or digital ocean . Not azure . Amazone or google that really doesn't subtable for vpn any way every type of it from open vpn to simple ssh gate . 🪀

On their US services Racknerd has colocrossing IP's that get captachas on every website possible, I'd avoid for VPN
Yup. It was never really opened, just a short window with an available beta opening. Still adding in IPv6 support and finalizing some details on the DNS front, and trying to time it's public opening with our two new locations.
