LocalCooling software safe ?

After search google and watch some videos install the software for check Electricity Consumption But after install nothing found.try to uninstall but nothing found in uninstaller.I use windows 11. already scan my pc by Malwarebytes, i also user of bitdefender internet security also check by windows mrt but nothing found .Anyone know about that its risky or not ?

    The fact it's been updated semi-recently and only compatible on software that's been EOL for a good long while is probably a good indicator of people that don't have your true best interests at heart. If they cared, they'd tell people to stop using it because that's all EOL and that's the responsible thing to do.
