Is there some more information about what you want? (I'm assuming you're after a Shoutcast/Icecast reseller).
Depending on what you're looking for - it's almost certain that buying a VPS and a license for one of the many radio hosting panels out there is going to be more cost effective.
I can only vouch for https://streamerr.co/radioresellers as I've had experience with them in the past (when they were shoutca.st) and they seemed to serve me well then.

NB! I have not been their customer and cannot give feedback on the quality.
why not grab a vps then use azuracast to self host it
