Hi, I have some dedicated servers with Proxmox and I'm moving VMs to different datacenter.

For a latency thing, I would like to get an offer to move one single KVM VM close to 162.243.207.13. This IP from Digital Ocean (Datacenter NY2) has excellent latency from Rio de Janeiro and also from Europe, it's a small VoIP box. This IP is just a sample.

I'm not sure , but I guess Digital Ocean has owned Datacenters, but I don't know much about it. What I know is that we only have 130ms from here and that's awesome, need something similar.

VM Requisites:

  • 1GB Ram
  • Option of 512MB vSwap
  • 20GBs HD

Would be perfect to send you the image. I will convert if necessary, I know most of you work with SolusVM.

    It depends if they have the same carriers available. It usually doesn't perform the same either way.

    Yes, performance from here is similar, but in Spain is abt 30ms higher.

    @perennate sorry, i meant just SWAP, as I said, I need to move KVM image.

    Ok, found the perfect network option:

    Choopa – ColoCrossing -- 192.3.25.3

    Latency is amazing from here and Spain:

    Brazil --> 118ms
    Spain --> 130ms

    So any offer of a KVM server there will be interesting. Plz remember I want to provide the KVM image. This is a small VoIP server.

    vr.org has a presence in NY. Though is Xen and a custom control panel.
    http://www.vr.org/lg/traceroute/new-york/162.243.207.13 puts you about 2ms away.

    Seems that ChicadoVPS doesn't have very good reputation.

    We are 33 ms away from the IP of your post (162.243.207.13) and we have
    pretty good latency to Brazil.

    I found that Buffalo connectivity it's also very good (tested IP 192.157.59.250). So I'm going to open a new post with this info more clear.
