AD blocking DNS tutorial?

Wondering if anyone made a tutorial on creating an ad blocking DNS server? Did see a post here the other day about it but seems like no one actually got around to making the tutorial.

I have a couple of yearly paid LEBs not doing a great deal and also a rPI which isn't getting used and could be put to work.

Cheers.

  • dnsmasq and the ad domains in the hosts file?

  • Going to look at dnsmasq now, looks simple enough. Just copying an image to the pi.

    Cheers.
