What kind of API functionality are you looking for? Just curious about your use-case

    Thanked by 1yoursunny
  • Hetzner includes 20TB traffic on all their cloud offerings, they also have an API too

  • Something with that sort of bandwidth requirement+API is probably going to be pretty far and few between (if any)

However if the API is important, I'd recommend Vultr. Not sure what you're wanting to do WITH the API but with them, you can do about anything. Everything is fully documented and if you run into any issues, you'll get resolution.

It really boils down to your use case. If it's for production, go with an established, large provider or you're going to have a bad time.

  • go to vps with solusvm / virtualizor, should be api enabled, you just need ask your provider

  • Hetzner ;)

  • Thanks everyone for repplies. We already use Hetzner, they are perfect. And we're looking for additional hosting provider.

Are you talking about hourly billing? Why would you need to cancel a VM that
pushes 20tb/mo @ 200mbit? This is nearly the 24/7 capacity anyway.
Check DigitalOcean/Vultr/Linode for hourly billing, or pq.hosting if you want lots of locations, somewhat unlimited traffic on a shared 1gbit port and decent pricing.

They have limit of montly traffic (about 10 TB) and price for monthly traffic it too high. for example, Linode 20 TB traffic= $1,152. Vultr has 10-12TB traffic limit monthly and high price

    What's your budget?

You can utilize the SolusVM API with our VPS Resource Pool service:
    https://www.smarthost.net/vps-pool.php
...and custom configure each VPS for actual resources and location you need.

    Up to $20
We buy hundereds of severs every month, so we're looking for not expensive servers.
Server resources can be minimal l(1 CPU, 1GB RAM, 1GB HDD), but include 20 TB montly traffic and about 200 mbps bandwidth.
