What sort of resources does it need? Is Kimsufi & fiddling with it to run Windows a good option for you?

OVH and Hostforlife.eu. OVH is pretty cheap but their support is bad, they can answer you in days. It will better go with Hostforlife.eu. They also have France server.

hostforlife.eu doesn't seem to have Windows RDP in France. I have emailed them about it lets see.
