yep, i'm using RS for years, and we have trusted on them. But when you are ignored for 12 hours, and their representative is posting on a forum, you are forced to post on public. because you really feel ignored.

My understanding is that support staff and LET representatives are different and should be separate. I am not privy to what your SLA agreements are with RS... and what may be considered emergency is always going to be subjective.
