Go for Hetzner. AX41 is exactly the same as Mevspace offers (37EUR VAT excl) - now without setup fee

If your pricing is in euros, you should mention what your VAT rate is (or if you're VAT-exempt) since some hosts (like Hetzner) charge VAT while others (e.g. those based in the USA) don't, which make apples-for-apples comparisons in pricing more challenging.
Also, where (location) do you need the server? EU? NA?
Correct! Also Hetzner is charging tax in some US states as well!

didn't know these guys. Looks like you can pay lifetime for a dedicated server, how strange!
I currently have one of the lifetime servers. They've been OK so far, you just have to ensure you log in to the panel at least once every (3?) months I believe.
