is there any proxy support 43 port?

I tried to scan 10M domain whois information , but it seems most of proxy provider block 43 port ? any ideas ?

Are you sure it's the proxy provider blocking you and not just the WHOIS server?

I think you should use some bulk whois API instead.

Do you really need all whois information and not just what is in RIR databases?
RIR databases are free to download:
