Looking for Anti-DMCA VPS/VDS; Most of recommended here, aren’t AntiDMCA in ‘23
Hi all!
I am looking for a steadfast VPS/VPS, that will stay against DMCA, copywrite, intellectual property (IP) abuses. Nothing serious, nothing criminal, just a web site what hosts a batch of programs (ZIP/RAR/EXE), manuals in PDF, and so on.
BTW, files cannot be downloaded by guests / just visitors, but only by club members. So, technically we host file names. Haven't had any problems during a few years, but in this year some Western company authorized some international law firm to start sending abuses about ‘their files listed and offered’.
So, I am looking for a new front-end for our project. Prefer EU location as сloser to Germany as possible, like NETHERLANDS, SWISS, SWEDEN. etc.
Technical requirements:
— 2-4 cores vCores, or 1-2 dedicated core
— 1GB RAM as a minimum
— 2GB SSD as a minimum
— 200-250+ Mbps of FDX throughput to major datacenters in EU
— KVM/Rescue Mode
I googled a lot, including this board, and found out that 80% of recommended hosters are not Anti-DMCA these days or ceased to exist. Below you will find list of companies who will stop servicing you once abuse is received:
1) hostslick.com
2) incognet.io
3) ProfitServer.ru
Tested / Companies I tried to start to work with:
4) PQHosting was tested as well, but their NL VPS connectivity appears to be poor. Tech support is very formal and didn't try to help much. So, I couldn't stay with them.
5) AbuseHosting (PANAMA) – under the test now.
6) PrivateAPLS (NL) – under the test now.
Not responded (see note):
7) SVEA
8) Weservit
9) Alexhost
10) Qloudhost
Note: companies not responded during the 36 hours, 1 full business plus half of the Saturday. While their position is not clear, we will consider them companies that provide a low-quality service (lack of response time to technical support requests), or, conversely, they are super resistant to abuse that they do not answer anyone
P.S.
I'm looking not only for some public options, like famous companies, but I can also consider a private / not very advertised offer in the PM.

@Calin
BuyVM perhaps?
BuyVM Luxembourg
Avoid the Netherlands.
Thanks for mention @szymonp
Hello @WiFi
Check this deals https://panel.ihostart.com/index.php?rp=/store/vps-kvm-ssd , price start from 10$ and we are really ignore DMCA
Regards
i think @HostSlick ignore DMCA, though not 100%
@WiFi did you tried @HostSlick, what did they say?
Both @HostSlick and @MannDude discourage pubic trackers.
Truly DMCA ignored would permit pubic trackers.
AlexHost and @Calin explicitly allow pubic trackers.
Former is expensive.
Latter has frequent downtime.
Pick your poison.
Spaceberg claims to allow public trackers on French locations
HostSlick's response:
Thanks for pointg me to the BuyVM. But can anyone explan me what the hell is Dedicated KVM Slice Servers? They are cheaper than VPN. Is it just virtualizaion but with 1 dedicated CPU core?
Hi Calin!
Looks very good. Can you run 2-day demo for the VM 3 KVM rate? We need to run test speed to our site location, plus, check that there is no port filtering for VPN tunnels.
That is just theirs naming, it's a VPS. Dedicated core starts with 4GB plan, before that it's shared.
always 0 available
Thanks for correction. 4GB would be fine, but all looks like they don't have any Slices in LUX. Even for sale.
Looks like BuyVM is non-go option for me, because they are doing business Frantech Solutions SP (BC, Canada). And the company making the abuse is from Canada too. In this case, they will not stand against the abuse, IMHO.

Why people still insist in veesp?
Here is some of their guidelines in ToS of Veesp:
In other words, they can shutdown when they want, any time they want.
In my experience they are very lenient. I think a lot of hosts use a generic TOS that has something about copyright/dmca in it. Most hosts aren't going to publicly advertise that they ignore copyright/dmca claims.
Does aeza have an option for annual payments?
Yes and they give you a 12% discount for annual pay
Get a VPS in China or Russia. Yes really.
China and Russia are enemies of the US, so they'd happily say screw the US, including DMCA.
After all, why did Russia keep Edward Snowden when the US wants him? If Russia won't catch Edward Snowden, why would they bow to the MPAA/RIAA?
Guys, when you recommend China, do you really believe that they have internet? They cannon even download 1GB from the server during the days! They have The Great Firewall and extremely poor peering to the rest of world. Come back to dial-up era. What 200+ Mbps we are talking about when we discussing China?
Russia will not be the best choice for service representation reasons (it's for Western audience mostly). And Russia still follow abuses, even if they come from the West. I have already spoken to many hosters in RU and they have confirmed that nothing has changed and that they still follow the internet regulation rules/law as before.

Is what you Need
I don't have time to troll or to be trolled, but thanks for taking me back to 2000.
@Francisco lurks LET, you can message him if you have any questions about your use cases. I think their LU location is commonly used by people who are anti-DMCA (not sure).

Already asked ByuVM and they told me that LUX will work fine. But machines are out of stock and I should watch for them.
I've been using it, it's really good.
