Need 8GB RAM + 4 Core VPS for Windows in Cheap Price

I'm looking for cheap VPS for Windows I need 10 VPS with NY/FL/CA IP.

I'll activate the windows by myself just need to install the windows on VPS. I need these 10 VPS for a minimum of 3 months (I'll renew every month). If someone has a good offer let me know. before taking 10 I'll buy one for testing.
