With a DED port yes, on burst ports no. You would need to provide a 1U switch if doing colo and you want to share a single 10g drop.
Hey! Who are your upstreams? And I just want to make sure, if I ordered the 10gig unmetered port, I could sit on that 24/7 without a problem? Just want to make sure that's not overprovisioned as this is a lower price on 10gig unmetered than I usually see

I cannot speak for them on their bandwidth provisioning however most providers do have a keep it neighbor friendly approach in not blasting the port 24/7.
