does anyone know of a cheap VPS with at least 2 cores and at least 4gb of ram? i'm going to use this to host Jellyfin, but I'm using rclone to hook up to google drive, so it doesn't need much storage

You seem to be hijacking someone else's post with your demands.
As many people already mentioned in your discussion - it's not possible to get a 4 cpu, 8GB RAM at this price, period.

Not to be pedantic but GreenCloud offers 4 cores 8GB for $45/year, so about €3.5 per month. I just don't believe how little this is known on LET.
