I don't see any unlimited traffic VPS's with those specs and those low prices.
Since you seem to have found something that fits your requirements, why not go with them? No one is biting the bait for a $5/mo 1Gbps/Unlimited 4C8G VPS.
Webtropia has 40TB@1Gbps.
Since OP did not mention 1Gbps imho, something like contabo might also work. There definitely are others as well that offer 100mbit/s "unmetered" (aka ~32TB/m)

You've been already told. You're copy pasting webtropia 5€ plan (and adding unlimited BW instead of 40TB webtropia gives you)
You're not going to get anywhere close to that with that budget. And changing from 40TB to unlimited is probably a sign on you wanting to use even more. No provider will be happy with you unless you pay what bandwidth costs.

unlimited bandwidth is expensive, good luck with that
ihostart has shown how well that works out on smaller plans (NAT plan has 5 megabits upload usually because it gets overloaded)
