1 or .5 vCPU
512 MB Ram
10GB ssd or NVME
500GB Bandwidth
No Nat
Debian 11

also don't really mind if its openvz

price -> not too expensive (If possible yearly)
I will be buying multiple so bulk price maybe?

Depends on the deal, but at minimum 2 but prob 4
