Seeking affordable North America dedi with IPMI availability and /29 IPs

Type: Dedicated server, no "VDS" shit

Number of Cores: Quad core or better, hopefully not from 2005
RAM: 32GB+ ideal
Disk Space:2 x 240GB SSD or better, must have 2 SSD minimum for software raid 1 for my sanity(yes I still make backups, but raid 1 is comfy for me)
Disk Type: SSD only
Remote Management: IPMI/IPKVM. There must be some sort of out of band management available. If it is temporary or permanently available I don't care, just needs to be available.

Bandwidth: 5TB+ more is always better, but I'm not picky here
Port Speed: 1gbps ideal

DDoS Protection: I do not need it, but if it is free it's okay to have it

Number of IPs: /29(5+ IPs) minimum included in price, use is strictly for private LXC containers for my development projects and testing of software/docker/etc, no mail or abuse of any kind. Block mail ports if you want to, it's okay for me.

Location: North America only, nowhere else, no Romania/France/Germany/etc. While I will accept anywhere in North America, I prefer West.

Budget: Less than $40/m ideal, $50 max, I can prepay up to a year for a good deal

Billing period: Anything is fine, but monthly would make me most happy

Payment method: Crypto only, any crypto works.
