Proc: 8 cores and more
Ram: 32GB or 64GB
Drive: nothing special
Network: 2gbps unlimited or at least 50TB bandwidth
Protection: DDOS protection
OS: Ubuntu 18.04

Best would be Germany/France or Netherland
