Belarus is a country sanctioned by the EU and the USA.
As a business, it is a problem if you buy/sell from Belarus.
If you are looking for Belarus dedicated servers, you should check out the providers by ASN.

I care most for network connectivity.
The push-ups delivery network has no servers in Eastern Europe region.
I tried Poland but the connection detours through Germany, so I'm only deploying in Western Europe for now.
If your Belarus server has low latency connectivity to countries above and below it without detouring through Germany, over both IPv4 and IPv6, I can consider.
Even setting aside the sanctions, it strikes me as improbable that someone could rent a dedicated sever (with comparable specs and reliability/stability) for a better price in Belarus than elsewhere (say, in the EU)
(So the question seems moot to me)
Wait this would explain why the ping from Poland to my $5 NAT VPS in Romania is so bad
I think that the probability of getting a server in Belarus is lower than the probability of getting a tank in Belarus
In fact, in all "politically correct" centralized countries, it is very difficult for foreigners to buy local servers
If it is not a secret what ISP you have checked? Personally I haven't seen any issues with latencies in Poland
for those who wonder about latency: https://looking.house/point.php?id=109 - https://ping.sx/ping?t=185.66.68.100
Do you really need to ask?
Orange will route your traffic around the Europe, I love hitting UK when going to Germany for example.
This can be handled by NOC, but some hosting providers does not care about latency.
The economic situation in Belarus is so bad that I don't think they have many reliable businesses in IDC
Bulbasha with 2G of RAM
Latency is actually not that bad, way better than expected.
However, Price is expensive, way cheaper to grab a Russian VPS.
My MTR from Warsaw server is fine:
I’m quite surprised to find out that traffic from Moscow is routed via Warsaw. I further tested some Ukrainian IPs, direct route from Moscow. Given the current situation, this sounds a bit wired.
I would not care if the server is located in Belarus as long as the connectivity is good and the facilities are up to standard. However, buying it from a company based in Belarus might cause problems since there are sanctions in place against many Belarus banks for example. Since there are plenty of options on the market elsewhere I find it hard to see why I should take the unnecessary risk to deal with a Belarus company right now.
Yeah I get 60ms to their server from my home connection in Warsaw
Don't really have any experience with Belarus servers, but I have found Poland and Turkey servers to be pretty good and cheap.
Do data centers in Belarus have good connectivity?
