Hello LET,
I'm looking for a VPS with the ability to install Windows.
Requirements:
-4GB RAM,
-2 CPU Cores,
-50GB Storage,
-1 IPv4,
-the ability to install Windows (BYOL is fine),
-EU or US location
-100 megabit up/down - 1TB of bandwidth.
Budget is 4 dollars US.

    Part of it is in Europe, but not in the EU although I did just mean Europe. Unfortunately that offer is out of my budget :/

    whats the speed on these "2 cpu cores". last one i tried from some provider here, i wont name, they gave like 2.2 GHZ which was slow as molasses on RDP and was unusable. they tried to upgrade but that made no dent in the performance.

    i had (have?) a usecase where 2-3-7 people would want to use a machine as a cloud computer and have a common machine but often the prices are NOT lowendprices.
