Unfortunately, I cann't open a ticket on your website .The Email is correct ,The Domain is : hostyh.com .
@HostSlick I can login in ,but it shows : No accounts found.
To create a new account, you will need to place a new order.
If the Email /password is incorrect ,it will shows: Login Details Incorrect. Please try again.
So,please check it .

I ordered the service, but it was cancelled and the ticket appeared for several days without a response. I am very skeptical

I am sorry. No idea what went wrong here. Seems only this single case too.
Either something went wrong because you have many accounts under same name, different emails or
there was a Abuse report (which is the only reason we terminate Shared Hosting accounts without warning - see ToS).
I cant imagine what went wrong. Not documented enough.
You can contact us and we will re-activate this service.
Promo is running until end of 31th.
After that we get Re-stock in August with new servers. But no promotion.
