Hi,
I am looking for a VPS provider that offers hourly payment options. It would be preferable if the provider accepts cryptocurrency payments and offers high bandwidth as well.

Hit or miss with DigitalOcean, they canceled my account and refunded my payment for "fraud" just from the mere act of signing up, and no response from support. I wouldn't bother with them.
