lowend hosts aren't the best choice for that

Like some others have suggested. For production use, I would still recommend Vultr, DigitalOcean, Linode/Akamai Cloud over a lot of the VPS providers on here.

Linode performs the best overall.

I'd avoid all the lowend hosts for this. Stick to Linode/Akamai Cloud.

it all depends on business critical what your hosting is, how much of a impact and finical loss would it cost for small amounts of downtime some hosts may have, if its a large finical impact for brief drops outages , go for one of the big boys IE AWS , OVH , i Personally would avoid Digital Ocean , been a nightmare with Voice traffic for our clients.

AWS Lightsail is quite cost effective and uptime is solid!
