Germany MTU is 1476, and we're not with Securebit any more, let me correct that.

We do not have a client firewall manager as of yet but we are able to process filters via tickets.
Not sure what that means, are you telling me you’re already a client wanting to upgrade your plan? If so we could work something out.
Windows 2019 and 2022 is available on HS4 and up, we don’t allow it on anything smaller because 4GB ram is the bare minimum for it to run.

SMTP is currently allowed but will be soon blocked, so I'd recommend for you to contact us beforehand so we can make an exception when we implement the blockage.

I have created one VPS with SSH keys. It did not work. So I have reseted it with root password. But the template does not include the password but only { } codes.

Yes, it is still available.

Backups are currently automated on the hypervisor level, but we are currently working on enduser backups where you can backup and restore yourself - like a snapshot.
