Looking for six virtual servers in Canada

It's certainly been a while since I've been here -- looks like the place is doing well! Either way, I have recently been working with a not-for-profit organization to cut costs on infrastructure while still maintaining reliable (enough) service. Here are the requirements:

6 virtual servers with the following minimum specifications each:
- 2 CPU cores, preferring modern CPUs like EPYC/etc.
- >= 2GB of RAM, more is better. Probably won't need more than 4GB though.
- At least 40GB of SSD storage, SATA is fine
- 1 IPv4

Key requirements:
- VLAN; needed for NFS and database/web server communication
- Block storage/additional storage available for purchase; the virtual server used for NFS will require another volume of at least 100GB.
- Location must be in Canada, preferring Montreal or Toronto, for data jurisdictional reasons and latency.
- KVM

Nice-to-haves but not required:
- Established provider
- DDoS protection. Honestly, it's not really needed as for the most part, they use CloudFlare load balancing, but I wouldn't mind a backup.
- IPv6 /64 block or more

Budget: We currently spend about $140 CAD (give or take $105 USD) for some (arguably badly performing) DigitalOcean stuff. We'd like to reduce this as much as possible, so let's say a maximum budget of $80 CAD/$60 USD.

Bandwidth: Shared 1Gb/s line. Probably need 2TB of outgoing/internal bandwidth, VLAN excluded.

Billing period: Monthly.

Additional info: We largely take our own off-site backups already, so we don't need backup service. We're also looking for unmanaged service.

If you've also got a Looking Glass page or test IP, or if the budget in mind is completely off, please let me know as well. Thanks in advance!

Should check hetzner cloud will be way cheaper than DO and perform pretty good if you need reliable provider

    Toronto:
    Xenyth.net
    iFog.ch
    Cloudie.sh

    Ottawa:
    Accurishosting.ca

Highest chance for something Epyc or close to it, would be Xenyth though :-)

Definitely considered Hetzner Cloud's US locations. Great performance too -- only issue with it for me was the location given the data location issues. Thanks!

I appreciate your transparency! Xenyth has the right balance it seems, so that may very well be the one. That said, I might just try Cloudie as well in a personal capacity :)
