Is port 25 disabled by default on dedipath?

I bought a vps from vpshostingservice.co
I found that I can't connect to port 25 of any ip
I opened a ticket, they said they will contact DC
Then I found my ip whois marked as INAP-NYC-DEDIPATH
I guess vpshostingservice is a reseller of dedipath
Then I tried to find out if dedipath has port 25 disabled
Does anyone know if dedipath is disabled by default on port 25
and how to request to open port 25?

Port 25 is blocked on many of Dedipath's reseller offers.

I' think staff hasn't found the right solution yet.
Because currently the staff told me to create a vps from another node and try again
I opened this discussion at let because I remembered that dedipath also has an account at let, and I want to know if dedipath has port 25 closed by default
If dedipath closes port 25 by default, I will tell the staff via ticket and ask them to contact dedipath.

Yes, port 25 has been blocked by default on DediPath VPS's.
You should open a ticket on their billing panel. and explain your problem (You tried to send out emails but not working, You think the email port has been blocked). They will provide a solution. I have three VPS from DediPath directly, and I faced the same problem in the first time
Edit: Sorry, this solution is work only if You have services (VPS) directly from DediPath. If you have a services from a reseller, should contact to your provider instead DediPath, but I don't know what they will do.
