Bandwidth: around 1TB to 10TB or more is fine.

UK? The worst place you can use for DMCA ignore. Where you got those ideas? Did you heard about PIPCU? FACT?
To be fair, OP was asking for "ignore fake dmca hosts"; there are plenty of providers in the UK who will ignore fake reports, even if they fold as soon as there's a legit complaint.
