That is if you plan to use our VPS for mining or anything.

I would be using mine for things like forwarding traffic to a Lightning node, or running a BTCPay server. But your AUP doesn't say "don't be a moron and peg our CPU doing PoW mining"; it says, "bitcoin verboten". So, naturally, I'm going to interpret that as being hostile to Bitcoin. (Which might be understandable in some legal jurisdictions, but not the UK, AFAIK.)
