Been a bit of an interesting ride for me too from them taking a while to deliver mine also, to them apparently not adjusting the billing date to account for how long delivery took (like a week lol). For all I know my server may be misconfigured too, but I can't really find out as the loaded OS never actually worked(ssh down, reboot didn't help, etc), neither does their OS reload over PXE work(hangs infinitely, I let it run over 8 hours), and then the KVM also doesn't work. Still waiting for them to actually respond about any of this. I'm not gonna say they're bad or anything, but I've never gotten such a non-functional experience before.
