Dedicated server in the UK

Looking for dedicated servers in the UK with the following configurations.
128Gb DDR4/DDR5 Ram (required)
It should have at least 2TB of NVMe storage, or 4x1TB or 2x2TB of SATA storage if it isn't NVMe
Dual Intel Xeon servers E5-26xx v4
or
Ryzen CPUs with at least 12 physical cores.
Budget max $120/M (Can go for quarterly payment)
"Must have" BYOIP feature.
