    The last time I made a request it was 2 days from the time I signed the contract. I should received the contract Monday so I am thinking Wednesday or Thursday.

    I am working on it. Its only 1 particular server that is having a problem. Not ALL VPSs are down.

    A one man company, but this being un-managed vps's. This one man show has bent over backwards to help me with issues, even though most were my fault.
    Response time is second to none.
    The resources you get for the money is unbeatable.
