They advertised their normal VPS as instant delivery. So this special one could be delayed delivery

While I agree that an active sales link should be honored, it probably was an oversight on the part of @RefinedHost -- that sales thread was started in July 2022
But yes, they would do best to honor the sales link
Let's hope that @RefinedHost replies soon, but you should be psychologically prepared to move on if they don't reply soon

In other words, it's most likely a one-man band, and people do go on vacation this time of the year.
