    OVH has a similar configuration to this with better drives (2x500GB NVMe) for $60/month in Mumbai, India.

    Looks like the server he is trying to lease is resold OVH.

    I also couldn't find any in South'ish India, it seems no demand for this market for the price to be reasonable, most DC customers lease rackspace with their own equipment, so they cater to that like ctrls, webwerks. Cheaper to host at home..
