How much for 10Gbps (reasonable BW cap is fine)? And are HDDs larger than 6TB possible?

Unfortunately neither at the moment sadly
We are working toward having 10Gbps capable servers in the near future, which will be at +$30/month with a 100TB BW Limit, it'll be posted in our offerings here when that is ready.
