In a sense they still offer it, but it's a shell of what was once not only a legitimate alternative and frequently better alternative to Kimsufi and even approaches Hetzner in value. For example, August 2018:

Things started to go downhill when they prioritized Scaleway as the umbrella organization over online.net and all that. Feel free to look through all 136 snaps of their catalogue from the Wayback Machine. There's almost a story arc and it's not a very good one.
