If my memory serves me right, it was NY from start. OP only updated post to include ipv6 and crypto requirement.

Found you now. There seems to be a misunderstanding where you thought we would do the BGP for you, but you have to do the BGP on each VPS. We gave you a private ASN to use in your BGP configuration to peer with us.

Yes, we can announce /32 IPv6. The /24 they mentioned was for IPv4 block sizes.
