    Thank you for the offer. When I placed my order to pay, the bill was determined to be fraudulent by the system. I contacted you by sending a work order and have reopened the bill for me. I paid and can use it now.

    There is no problem with responding within 24 hours. It is too arbitrary to call a scammer
    just because there is no reply.

    You should send the ticket on US Central Time and check to see if the date is a business day.

    Just wanted to say that I have been with TNAHosting for a few months now, and I am a happy customer. I have got no problem at all with my VPS and their support is great as well.

    TNAHosting is very stable and the service is very good. I have a dedicated server and a VPS here, and the tickets are handled very well and warmly.
