There was a temporary censorship imposed a few weeks prior on some social media websites, which was lifted 2 days later.
These servers are not affected by social media censorship.

    100 Mbit Port @ 1 TB
    1 Gbit/s Domestic Up/Down

What does this mean? The host has a 1gbps uplink but VPSes are capped at 100mbps?

    The "domestic" term confuses me.

I think it means 1gbps inside Pakistan, ie Pakistani connections, and 100Mbps for connections outside Pakistan.

I've seen the same for an Indian DC (don't remember the name) as well, "unlimited national bandwidth" and 1TB international bandwidth.

Exactly that! National IX traffic is locked at 1G with no metering and can be upgraded to 10G.
