I just realized there is HostHatch promotion going on atm, price drop to $55
Still better than current offer (has more ram vs 1.5x 512MB and $5 lower bienally price)

I don't really know as I don't use it for torrent, AFAIK it's fine for private torrent but you should ask them for that
