Great, AdvinServers gave me a VPS order, but no VPS

Two days ago said that advinservers has not opened orders, today opened, this is also great, but gave me VPS orders opened, has begun to bill, but I did not get any information about my VPS, did not see my IP address and account password, their tutorial installed the win system, as a result I can't even enter the control panel, open the display 404, now I have been billing, but I can't hang to manage my VPS, the ticket 12 hours no one replied, What am I going to do?

    12 hours normal, wait ticket reply, use VPS later when they fix.

    some providers still manually process orders, if i was in your shoes , would give the host 24-48 hours , i know we all expect services instant but not all hosts automate things sadly.

    That is unacceptable. Customer most likely already lost millions.

    would expect automation , this day and age , but not all are so got to eat it and just wait sadly.

    I have managed to finally locate your client account despite not receiving a ticket number or any information about you based on what you are posting on this forum.

    1. You could have literally just reused your previous LET thread (3668238) which you opened yesterday.
    2. We tell you not to bump tickets, you keep on bumping tickets which results in delays.
    3. We have clear instructions on what qualifies as a critical issues ticket, your ticket clearly did not qualify as one.
    4. When you were pending activation, why did you open 4 tickets about the exact same issue and kept on bumping each one?
    5. At this point, if you would like a refund, literally just ask for one and we would've given one, no questions asked.
    6. I have checked your most recent ticket and you have been waiting exactly 1 hour since from when you last bumped it.

    It ended up being an issue where the client changed their first name, last name, and email address which caused an issue with token generation for SSO for their service.

    Server creation is obviously automated and most of our stock is indeed automated, but in some cases we have to manually process inventory (i.e. Japan) for various reasons.

    advinserver is not suitable for your needs. i highly recommend virmach for you.

    sorry,Because I am in a hurry to use this machine. I originally planned to receive it in about a week, but it has been almost 3-4 weeks now. Therefore, I am a bit anxious. Just now, my server failed to install Win again, please help me handle it. I think this should be considered an urgent matter! By the way, can you add me an IP and upgrade to a new gear! I can add money, I really need ADVIN

  • Their support are replies every 24-72 hours you just need to didnt give up with the time.
