Looking for pricing on Quarter/Half/Full Rack Colocation in Phoenix

Hi guys, just looking for some options in Phoenix for colocation space. I likely need a 10gig port and marginally good ddos protection. This will be for hosting game servers so I don't need a tremendous amount of bandwidth. I need to be able to rent ips as well, as I do not own my own. I'm planning to run 2x Xeon Gold 6148 20 core cpus in each 1u server I put in the rack, so I need a decent amount of power.

Budget is quite flexible, only thing required is the network not be Path.
