    are you after E3 , E5 , EPYC , how many cores ect,
    ram
    disk
    network
    ect

    ReliableSite (@MrRadic ) can be a good place for you, if you are willing to pay a $99 crypto fee and okay with the US. However, there are probably cheaper hosts in Europe.

    You could also look at OVH or Scaleway, both which are EU-focused.
