They have T3 certified DC https://ptcl.com.pk/home/pagedetail?itemid=424&linkid=1004 . And in Pakistan it is very hard to find something really reliable.

I believe they have raw DC services (and some custom cloud solutions) however no few clicks deploy cloud compute.
