Hi!
I am looking for colocation for a 1U server in the EU.
The server's power consumption usually averages at 400w.
I need a 1gbps uplink, 1 ipv4 and 1 ipv6.
Bandwidth of around 15 TB is needed monthly.
There is a money problem :P I doubt we would get much for the hitachi server even if we sold it. The thing about the hitachi is that it has a LOT (320 gb) of ram. We got it for free from someone who didnt have a use for it anymore. We ran it from home for a while but the electricity prices got too expensive to manage
seems like they do include power according to their live support rep. Though they asked me to clarify with the technical support team over email on the specifics. Looks promising
Hi, as long as your server doesnt use more watts than regular like crypto miners or such then the power is included.

The budget is 40 EUR.
40 EUR for 400w power seems impossible now

Then you need a server that needs less power, otherwise you won't get there with the budget.
Electricity alone would cost around 75€ for me.
do mention your pricing for him, I'm interested on how you can cater him at 40euros
40€ doesnt even cover the cost for power
At least not in Germany
~100w for your budget.
You should really reconsider your budget.
€40 is doable, if you exclude electricity and not too demanding on remote hands :-)
We read his post, we didn't saw any pricing requirement.
When we post then he posted that is why we didn't mention.
Best Regards,

What kind of server is that?
Its a pretty old hitachi server that sucks a ton of power
Why not consider getting a nice EPYC box that draws a quarter of the power while still offering significantly more cpu power?

Probably a little bit extra for more bandwidth, but not a lot, because their 48U comes with unlimited and a /27 and is only 320 €
30 Euro without power consumption

I also wrote to Inleed.se asking for the kwh price, but they seem to think that I'm you:
As already mentioned here several times: The budget is simply not even enough for the electricity alone.
If your read the top text of the page, you’ll notice that you’re wrong.
Yet I linked an offer for less with electricity included.
That is the respond from Inleed.se/.com or did I missed some of your posts?
Yes, that one.
To your defense I think they’ll probably complain if using too much electricity.
But there’s no fine limit from what I can see.
