Register.TO: Is it still online?
I really didn't know where I should go to ask this question, so I came here to take my chances first.
I have a domain name at Register.TO. Since about half a month ago, accessing their website from me has been indicating that it is under maintenance and I can't log in to the website to manage my domain.
Now the DNS service I was using expires and needs to be transferred, but I can't log in to the site to change the DNS information, so now it's down.
I wonder if there are other users of the site in LET and if they can access the site normally. If this service provider is really ready to leave, can I contact the registry to transfer my domain name?

What exactly is it you don't understand? It's undergoing Maintenance.
Owner passed away.
Reach out to [email protected].
Because this "undergoing maintenance" has been going on for almost half a month. This is very unusual for a domain name registrar, so I am asking if anyone knows anything.
@namein hope this helps

That was one hell of a maintenance!
I've been wondering about why the site has been down for like a month now, thanks.
After sending the first email and not getting a response, I realized that I had to use the .to domain email address to get in touch. However, the NS server I reserved was a premium server for ClouDNS, so I had to spend $17 on ClouDNS to reactivate my DNS service first.
As stated in the press release above, TONIC will create user information and a DNS administrative password for you, and with the administrative password, you can generate a transfer key to transfer the domain name to your preferred service provider.
After all, TONIC's standard renewal price is $50 per year, which is quite expensive. At the moment I miss the Register.TO's price of $37, now we only have NameCheap for $41.98.
EDIT: Just paid for the transfer order, the transfer price for the first year is $29.98.
Thanks to @DP and @logixmedia for the information.
