【1keydd devdeskos】how inst a pve with pbs inbuilt/aside in a keystroke

as we all know that pbs is designed and recommended to be deployed separatedly from a pve instance in the purpose of remote backuping

but in my experiment, i can try pve+pbs or single-pve or single-pbs in a pve dist by switching the pbs services on/off integrated in it, without bringing any disharmony

  • the reason why i do it

1,there is a lot of occasions where we need deploy both pve and pbs, the two iso schema is clean but sometimes turn a bit trivial
2,pve and pbs share a lot base debian packages and essential services
3,pbs is key componet and partner to pve in both backup and merge tasks

so why not integrated them all?

  • how to play:

wget -qO- 1keydd.com/inst.sh|bash,choose 2, that is debianmu (devdeskos)
open ip:80 to view the novnc after scripts done and while installing happening
open ip:8006,root/1keydd to use the pve after installing done

    systemctl enable proxmox-backup proxmox-backup-proxy
    systemctl start proxmox-backup proxmox-backup-proxy
open ip:8007,root/1keydd to use the pbs

the setting details are in the pic, when we prefer a original remote backup manner, just use the remote ip instead of localhost

atm only amd64 is supported
arm64 edition is in the plan。

give me a star https://github.com/minlearn/1keydd if you would like to

pve+pbs in a single dist, solves real problems
    that is cool indeed
(image you have pve as a datacenter yet go with a inbuilt backupcenter)
