I have the following VPS available for transfer: RS 1000 G9.5 NUE SE ADV22
4 dedicated EPYC cores, 8GB RAM, 320GB SSD - 10.20EUR/m. Next payment: 12.06.2023 (for 6 months, cancellation possible 6 months after that, on 11.12.2023).
I don't ask anything for the transfer, but you'll have to pay for the renewal in a bit less than a month, so be sure to intend to keep it for at least 6 months: contract can't be stopped before next winter.
